Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

Data you send us: name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, city, installation address, estimated monthly electricity bill, connected power capacity, company name and job title (for business enquiries), and anything else you write into the form.

Visit data: the pages opened, the name of the referring site (the site name only, not the full page address), device type, the approximate country the visit came from, and the time of the visit.

If you send a form, we also record how you arrived at this site during the same visit — the referring site name or a campaign code in the link — so we know which channels actually help. That note is kept temporarily in your browser tab and disappears when the tab is closed.

2. What the data is used for

Contact details are used to get back to you, to work out an estimated system size, and to send a quotation. Visit data is used to understand which pages are useful and which are not.

We do not sell your data to anyone and do not use it for advertising targeting.

3. Visit statistics without IP addresses

Visit statistics are calculated on our own server rather than through a third-party analytics service.

Your IP address is never stored. What is stored is a random code derived one-way from the IP address, the browser type, and a secret key that is replaced every day. Because that key changes daily, the code cannot be used to follow a person from one day to the next.

This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no advertising pixels.

4. Third parties involved

To keep this service running, data is stored and processed by a small number of providers: a database and file storage provider, a website hosting provider, an email delivery service for quotation notifications, and an anti-spam verification service on our forms. Some of these providers store or process data in data centres outside Indonesia.

Each of them receives only what it needs to perform its function.

5. How long it is kept

Quotation request data is kept while the relationship with a prospective customer is active, and afterwards for administrative purposes, unless you ask for it to be deleted sooner.

Raw visit data is deleted automatically after 90 days. What remains is a daily summary that cannot be linked back to any individual.

6. Your rights

Under Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, you have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request deletion, and to withdraw consent you previously gave.

7. Security

Access to quotation request data is limited to registered administrator accounts, and that restriction is enforced at the database level rather than only in the application interface.

8. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as our service changes. The date of the most recent update is always shown at the top of this page.
